Washington, DC – S-3 Group today announced that Jennifer Holmes and Aeyesha Farooqui have joined the firm’s newly expanded operations team to help manage continued growth at the firm. Jennifer will lead the team as Vice President of Operations and will draw on her 30-year career on the House Appropriations Committee to counsel clients. Aeyesha will support the firm’s principals, manage and coordinate schedules, and engage with external clients and government entities.

Jennifer’s career with the House Appropriations Committee began in 1990 when she joined the former Treasury, Postal Service Subcommittee. She later moved to the Defense Subcommittee and the Full Committee before serving for the last 12 years on the Legislative Branch Subcommittee where she held the position of Clerk and Staff Director. In addition to her work on Capitol Hill, Jennifer previously managed a lobbying firm and helps manage with her husband their family-owned horse boarding business.

Aeyesha joins from Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants’ Fiola Mare where she was Maitre’d and In-house Artist. She has more than eight years of client service and hospitality expertise including extensive work establishing and maintaining rapport with VIPs, politicians, investors and business leaders. Ayesha conducted trainings at the restaurant and supervised the host staff as well. Her artwork can be found in many places around Washington including the front cover of the Fiola Mare menu.
