José Ceballos is a seasoned public policy advocate and political strategist with more than two decades of experience in government, politics, public relations, and community affairs arenas. Ceballos has had a focus on House and Senate Democrats and serves on numerous kitchen cabinets as an informal adviser to U.S. Senators and House members.
Before joining the S-3 Group, Ceballos served as Director of Government Affairs at the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) where he was the Union’s chief lobbyist working extensively with Capitol Hill, The White House, and the Administration. Prior to joining NATCA, Ceballos served as a presidential appointee in the Clinton Administration, as Senior Advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Transportation. He was previously appointed as Confidential Assistant to the Secretary for the U.S. Department of Commerce and served on numerous White House Working Groups. He served in senior posts at the Democratic National Committee (DNC), the Democratic National Convention, numerous congressional campaigns, and senior staff positions in numerous presidential campaigns.
Ceballos has received numerous awards for his leadership, including Hispanic Business Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Hispanics in the U.S.
