Micah brings years of communications experience in both the public and private sectors to S-3 Group. As a senior digital manager, he leads and coordinates digital strategy and advertising for a range of clients. Prior to S-3, he served as Senator Bob Casey’s Digital Manager for nearly two years, where he oversaw digital messaging, graphic design and video content for the senator’s social media, website, and email newsletters, as well as digital content creation for the Special Committee on Aging. During his time in the Senate, he served on the board of the Senate GLASS Caucus, the official LGBTQ staffer association for the Senate.
In addition to Capitol Hill, Micah also worked as a Digital Strategist with New Blue Interactive, where he oversaw and coordinated email fundraising and advertising for campaigns and PACs during the 2020 election cycle, and for the Department of Commerce’s SelectUSA program, where he ran digital operations across multiple platforms. Micah holds a Master of Arts in Political Communication from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University, Fresno.
