Rachael Oury is a seasoned communications professional and media relations expert with unique experience working in the federal government and with trade policy organizations.
Most recently, Rachael worked as the Senior Manager of Industry Promotion at the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA). At GCCA, Rachael was the head of the marketing department and worked with global offices to develop messaging strategies and advocacy campaigns across continents.
Additionally, Rachael served as Senior Communications Specialist as a political appointee at the U.S. Department of Energy. During her time in the federal government, Rachael dove into the crisis communications field when detailed to the Centers for Disease Control as Special Advisor to the CDC Director during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to her work in the federal government, Rachael managed marketing at the Transportation Intermediaries Association.
Rachael earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and although a Midwestern native, today calls Washington, D.C. home.
