Washington, DC – S-3 Group announced today the addition of Dennis Nalls to the firm, further expanding its Capitol Hill and Trump Administration reach. Nalls, who built his Hill career inside the House Republican whip operation, most recently served as Floor Director to House Majority Whip Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN). He will start work in early May.

Dennis Nalls has extensive experience in House Leadership, having played key roles in floor operations for two different Republican Whip offices. Prior to working with Majority Whip Tom Emmer, Nalls served on House Majority Leader Steve Scalise’s floor team during his tenure as whip. He has worked closely on all major pieces of legislation moving through Congress over the last decade, including the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, NDAAs, appropriations, cryptocurrency legislation, budget fights, and other critical legislative battles.
