WASHINGTON, DC — S-3 Group announced today that Ryan Tillman has joined the firm as a Vice President. Ryan comes to S-3 following more than six years at Fox News Channel, most recently serving as Bret Baier's booking producer for his nightly program, Special Report.

While at Special Report, Tillman coordinated interviews with heads of state, presidential cabinet members, governors, House and Senate leadership, CEOs, celebrities, and sports figures and specialized in developing and positioning an extensive roster of on-air voices. Previously, he spent four years with Dana Perino and Bill Hemmer on America's Newsroom, where he played a key role in the show's successful relaunch in 2021. Tillman also booked high-profile town halls for presidential candidates, coordinated on multiple election night specials, published original stories, and led overnight coverage of the COVID-19 outbreak and George Floyd protests.
S-3 Group also welcomes Molly Carroll, who has joined the public affairs team as a Senior Communications Associate from FGS Global, where she supported strategic communications for clients through media relations, message development, and stakeholder engagement. Caroll previously held a communications role on Senator Tim Kaine’s 2024 Campaign. Piper Gardner also came aboard as a Communications Associate with experience in advocacy communications and strategic digital campaigns after successfully transitioning from an intern at the firm.
Additionally, Michael Comer has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Comer joined the firm last year following communications roles on Capitol Hill, most recently serving as Deputy Communications Director for House Majority Leader Steve Scalise.
